Wreckage from a Russian Iskander-K cruise missile that hit the Cabinet of Ministers building in Kyiv on Sept. 7. Its 450 kg warhead failed to detonate, but the missile's fuel caused a fire on impact. Government sources say the building was deliberately targeted.
