Could by part of Point 6, under allies' military aid, but the plan only assumes actions that the allies have already taken - giving military equipment and supplies - rather than more complex and controversial (and unlikely to be agreed) actions like imposing a no-fly zone and direct intervention.

My plan is much more fair and just, and comes with just a quarter of the points in the Kremlin plan.

Russian cruise missile strikes civilian building in Ternopil, western Ukraine. Unclear if it was shot down and went off course - there is a possible sign of an air defense interceptor at the beginning of this short video.

Horrific damage to an apartment block in Ternopil, which took a direct hit by a cruise missile, totally destroying its upper floors. 9 dead, 30 reported injured so far. Also, chlorine gas levels in city at 6 times safe limit - possibly due to strike on fuel or chemicals storage.
