After getting off to slow starts in several games, that wasn’t the case this time as No. 12 #UNC went on an early 29–8 run and kept the punches coming in a 48-point blowout of East Carolina. Hubert Davis called it growth.
North Carolina looked really good today and I loved how they came out aggressive right from the start. They stayed locked in with barely any drops in energy. Everyone was moving the ball and finding the open guy. Perfect way to close out nonconference. #GDTBATH

It’s game day and I’m excited to see how #UNC plays from the jump against #ECU. Really hoping they come out aggressive and avoid another slow start because that’s been an issue. Seth Trimble’s back in the lineup which is great and I want to see them press hard early on. 🐏

My four year-old had fish sticks for lunch and said they were yummy. Then he told me next time he wants to try them with mustard, tartar sauce and ketchup all together. 🤔 Part of me says no way but I’m also curious to see his reaction if he actually tried it. 🤣

#UNC closes out the nonconference slate tomorrow night against #ECU and honestly this stretch has been a blast. I love how they’ve been tested and just keep responding and growing. Hopefully they handle business and wrap up a really exciting nonconference run. 🏀

Yesterday's college football games had me hooked. Miami's defense was insane, had me on edge the whole time. Then Oregon and Ole Miss just went off with their high-powered offenses. That kind of variety is. exactly why I think the #CFP is next-level and so much. fun to watch. 💯

That Alabama comeback was something else—they looked dead in the water at first, then just dominated when it mattered. Can’t decide if Oklahoma cracked under pressure or if Alabama is that much better. Either way, that was crazy. #CFP

It cracks me up when fans hope a rival from their own conference loses. How does that help anything? A strong conference makes your own team look better at the end of the day.

Man, the NC beaches are getting wrecked this year. Those northeast winds have been brutal, eroding the sand like crazy.
Here's the 12z Euro for the upcoming weekend storm. Going to be a nasty weekend for the Mid-Atlantic with tropical storm like conditions along the coast.

💯 I can’t shake the feeling that UNC is flying under the radar. If everything clicks, they’re gonna be a real matchup problem for most teams.

Massive thanks to the meteorologists here who break down weather events in such detail. With my vision almost completely gone now, I genuinely rely on their deep dives to help me nerd out and actually grasp what's going on with these systems. #WX

Honestly just breathing a sigh of relief seeing those storms track out to sea. The Southeast totally sidestepped what could've been a disastrous hit. The Carolinas desperately need some rain to ease this drought, but I'm so glad it didn't come this way.
Newly-designated invest 94L has 3 general scenarios in today's ensembles:
1) 94L fails to develop beyond a disturbance or weak tropical cyclone
2) 94L develops but recurves offshore near/east of the Bahamas
3) 94L continues NW and indirectly or directly affects the Bahamas & the southeast US

Many uncertainties still exist, such as any interaction with Hispaniola & whether its track is influenced by its proximity to invest 93L to its east.

I'm at the gym trying to get through this workout, and my body is not having it today. Every rep feels like I'm moving through thick mud or something. But I'm pushing through anyway because I know I'll feel way better after. Just gotta stop being such a baby about it. 😆

I just looked at the lineup for Saturday and… man, it’s not hitting like last weekend did. Feels like most of these are gonna be straight-up blowouts. Only game that really has my attention is #Oregon vs. #OklahomaState. That should be a fun game! 🦆
