I promise I won't spam the running posts but I wanted to share that I completed week 1 of 9 of 'couch to 5k' and encourage anyone else who hasn't run for ages or at all to give it a go, it's surprisingly doable www.nhs.uk/live-well/ex...

Lost a ceanothus tree in the storm last night, the one where the jays and nuthatches used to visit the bird feeder. Man that's a shame
