There’s a serious issue with our Supreme Court, and the next time we have the opportunity, we’ll need to bring balance back to it. They’ve been overruling lower courts all year. Since Trump took office, the White House has won 18 times at the Supreme Court, including a current 15case winning streak.

Francis was the best Pope of my lifetime. He occupied the top of a powerful hierarchy while still challenging it. He provided a moral reminder of the values of decency, humility and empathy towards the vulnerable in a role, and at a time, where it easy to lose sight of those values.
