It's lessened as I've got older but I get classic migraine (headache, aura, numbness and inability to firm words) and have done since my teens. Mine seems to be related to sleep disturbance. People think migraine is just a headache but it's much worse. Hope you're feeling better

I was only on the skateboard for 2 seconds, in the air for 3 seconds, then lying on the floor for 3 hours!
