So today, I was planning tonight's workout and I said an exercise "could be a banger."

I don't know who I'm becoming, but he might be an idiot.

But people grow and change, and as long as my priorities and interest align with my values, I can become someone new. Seeing how what my actions say I am differs from my self perception can be fun? In the right light?

Now I'm 41, and in an attempt to not die to stupid shit i can prevent, I started exercising regularly 3 months ago. A few weeks ago, I realized that I haven't read as many books as I'd have liked since I started. Y'all, it was an identity crisis. Who am I if not books?
