I accidentally emailed a very famous actor when I meant to email his not famous namesake and misspelled the address. He was charming and just said yes, he was THAT *insert name of famous and loveable actor* .

When I was a buyer for a small chain of bookshops I was invited to meet her for her autobiography. She signed a CD single of this and asked me if the shops I bought for were posh because of my voice. You can probably guess what my nickname became, for a while.
