They have trampled on the truth of the just, betraying the word of Christ. They have obscured His message, making it a Western one when we saw it as a message of universal liberation. Now our eyes have been opened to the class struggle & there will be no more blows dealt against us (Sankara, 1984)

A good example of the wider impact on talent & capability development when major projects like HS2 are scrapped or cut back. The UK wont improve efficient delivery of major infrastructure projects unless *it starts delivering them*
