last week Vantage, which is behind OpenAI and Oracle's data center site in Port Washington, got approval from the city's planning commission to extend outdoor construction hours
before: Mon-Sat 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
now: Mon-Fri 24 hours a day and Sat-Sun 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
the plan is to finish in 2028
