Looks like NBA just revealed the All-Star Game format this season. Two teams of American players and one World team. Same selection process for the All-Stars but they will not be picked based on position. So positionless All-Stars selections.

As a poker and NBA guy, I can say that the Billups stuff is really bad but not as Sci-Fi as the FBI is trying to make it.
Bad that you can rig the game to this extent, but a lot of this technology used to pull this off is available to the public. RFI cards are used on streams/TV.
