Licht move is obvious. His good 2 bad roster move ratio is like a ridiculous 8:1 and the recent draft successes are bananas.
Bowles is more interesting. Him proactively trying 2 address game management issues and openly discussing an evolution of his DEF have me feeling hopeful he may b ascending.

The Buccaneers have agreed to multi-year extensions with both HC Todd Bowles and GM Jason Licht, per source.

Per a league source, Hunter is not the first non-QB taken after No. 1 to get his full signing bonus up front. Both Nick Bosa and Chase Young got their full signing bonuses up front.
Jaguars DB/WR Travis Hunter gets his full $30.57 million signing bonus up front. Which is the least the team can do, given that he'll be playing both ways -- and given that he has no way to get paid accordingly until after the 2027 regular season.
