If you rely on search for traffic to your website and you’ve seen declines due to the consumer shift from search engines to AI search results, what kinds of declines are you seeing?

When did that start to occur?
What are you doing to mitigate it if anything?

Major tipping point happening now…

An incredible look into the war in Ukraine and how shifts in technology, particularly towards using drones and AI, have changed the balance of power.

The new paradigm shift is absolutely fascinating, but of course, is also terrifying.

A vaccine that prevents cancer: ‘Scientists say the HPV vaccine works so well that this type of cancer could be eradicated in the near future.’

Over 99% of cervical cancers are caused by this virus—so preventing the infection prevents the cancer. Amazing news!

RFK says fluoride is toxic, but in 2011 Calgary took fluoride out of drinking water, and the number of children receiving IV antibiotics for dental infections at Alberta Children’s Hospital increased by 700% from 2011 to 2018. Calgary is now bringing back fluoride.

Schools were closed mid-day today and all schools on Maui are closed tomorrow. The wind has been gusting in the 50-60mph range all day. Rain picked up early evening and it looks like severe thunderstorms all night.

Oh, and the airports to the State of Hawaii and inter-island are closed. 😳

Does anyone here on Maui have access to hens of egg-laying age for sale?

We just got our coop and we’re hoping to buy some chickens.

The average family of 5 uses 400-500 gallons of water per day.

This is our water use this week for our group of 5 (plus 2 guests for 1/2 the week).

We are in a water crisis across much of the Earth. Doing our part here to conserve….

Anyone else tracking their water consumption?

Egg hunt on Maui: 🥚

The shortage has been real, but today my mom got to Costco early and raced through the store to score a 60-pack (limit 1). 🤯

1️⃣ Who needs 60 eggs?
2️⃣ Wouldn’t half-dozen packs make more sense?

We’ve been giving ours to friends in need. 🤷🏻‍♂️ #EggShortage #MauiLife"

After only 4 years my Craftsman power washer is kaput.

It is so frustrating when equipment fails after a short time.

They really don’t make things like they used to.

A man in Indiana made an AT-AT costume for his horse, intending to only get a few pictures before removing it. When he took off the headpiece the horse got upset and insisted that he put it back on, which made the horse happy again. Now the horse isn't allowing him to remove any piece of the costume

YES, that is SNOW in HAWAII!

It is a Snow Day today on Maui as Haleakeala Crater gets a dusting of snow after last night’s incredibly violent and intense thunderstorms.

Believe it or not, we will see snow at the top of the 10,000+ peak once or twice a year.

It feels like an awesome blend of Star Wars and The Goonies to me.

What a fun series!

Love this! With so much pressure to act like others in order to fit in or to advance your social or job status, it is becoming more and more rare to find people that are true individuals.

Always stay true to yourself with one caveat . . .

The key is to always be open to improve who you are.
"To be nobody-but-yourself — in a world which is doing its best, night and day, to make you everybody else — means to fight the hardest battle which any human being can fight; and never stop fighting.” ~ e.e. cummings

I had the privilege of meeting Larry here while visiting Kangaroo Island in South Australia. This kind soul was rescued and lives on a reserve (he was rewilded several times, but kept returning to to the reserve).

Definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

Hawaii is considered the 25th Most Bicycle Friendly State in America.

Here in Maui, there are very few dedicated / safe bike paths and they are disconnected to places people want to or need to go.

A good friend was killed last year here. We need more infrastructure.

Something needs to change.

I built a large audience online by educating people about real estate and personal finance.

I completely stopped focusing on real estate and talking about it over 6 years ago.

I haven’t offered commentary or other content, yet people in the space continue to follow me.

The internet never forgets…
