Both Secretary Hegseth & Admiral Bradley need to face war crimes charges at the ICC. Hegseth for giving attack orders with no apparent reason. Bradley for killing unarmed "combatants" knowing that was illegal under international law and following an order he would have known was illegal.

The government shutdown is affecting many people negatively, but employees will get back pay (though they're suffering now). SNAP recipients won't get back food, but will eventually get benefits restored.
If the Democrats cede, 20M Americans will never get low cost Healthcare ever.

Please explain to me how the DA of a medium size county can refuse to stop for the police (speeding 55 in a 35) until they catch up with her at her home, then get annoyed with the officers. So far, all she's facing is censure. But if us "common" folks did that, we'd be arrested and facing a judge.

I'm struck by how "Christian" states react to disasters like Texas. They'll ask why their god took the lives of young people. If you listen to what they've said before they'll say it was god's punishment for evil. Don't they recognize their own evil in their racism, misogyny, xenophobia, etc.?
