99.9% of time I gotta force this lady to let me help her. Had to warn my relative's partner she's a very principled person. Just because she said "it's ok", you gotta observe if her expression doesn't read ok or blank... or if she mentions how much it'd inconveniences her that equals NOT OK AT ALL
