It seems clear—I think to everyone, now—that a false and illegal invocation of the Insurrection Act is coming before the end of the year. Media outlets should be telling us how they will prepare for this potential Treason. State governments should be telling us. Activists should be developing plans.

It’s of note that during tonight’s hearing the DoJ didn’t even try to make the case that changing conditions on the ground in Portland warranted the CA National Guard. Instead they relied on legal technicalities. Proving again that what they say in court is different than lies they tell the public.

I got this game on Xbox, then PlayStation when my Xbox Redringed, and again on Steam when they introduced the “Director’s commentary” which essentially played audio bites in the background as you played through and they discussed the decisions that were made for each part of the game.
