Yes, NCAA players are out of luck. From an email the Baycats sent out:
"For player eligibility, NCAA and NJCAA athletes will no longer be permitted to participate in the CBL while enrolled in school, as doing so would affect their amateur status and MLB Draft eligibility. (cont'd ...)
