Finally watched this documentary. The 1961 quote "as long as there is plenty, poverty is evil" from RFK still rings true. Those who can, especially the government, need to help the poor more and make support easier to get. More importantly, we need to treat everyone with respect and end poverty.

Couple thoughts. Graham cites Panama and the Monroe Doctrine as reasons letting Trump to act. On Panama we removed Noriega after a disputed election, unrest and the killing of a US Marine. We had troops there and a need to keep the canal secure. Drugs weren't the lead issue.
