Important EI Updates:

- The temporary EI relief measures have been extended until April 11, 2026

- Starting October 11th (and retroactive to June 15th), "long-tenured workers" can access up to 20 additional weeks of EI benefits

The injunction was granted but it won't stop Kitchener's CTS from closing today. My partner works there and I can attest that it saves lives. She's saved many.
