Currently swearing at the darn thing as I have managed to get it into fastboot (blank screen, backlight on) and PC keeps making the USB disconnect/connected bleeps - but so far no success getting it into fastbootd.

hard to say, as over the last 10-20 years, they've lost a lot of their sulphur/bitterness from years of selectively breeding them! Sprouts ARE nicer than we remembered as kids - its not that we've grown to like them as adults

Onions make for lovely bubble and squeak! I used to roast one along with Christmas dinner just for the bubble and squeak, but we switched to sauted leeks with dinner, and they work just as well in b&s!
