Elon makes a lot of his money through government contracts. Can't imagine what could possibly go wrong with putting something like this in his hands.
Apropos of Elon & Vivek's excellent efficiency adventure, back in 1989 Bush sr set VP Dan Quayle up with something called The Council on Competitiveness. It was basically a backroom operation where corps cld toss in a few bucks and get a regulation killed. This will be the same.
