While I don't think this is the case we could even argue that Egwene isn't even in Rand's dream. Lanfear is much more experienced in the dream world and make Egwene belief she is in his dream

Thinking about it again, in that last scene where Egwene invades her friends dreams nobody acknowledges her even if they should see her (Nynaeve) except for Lanfear. Rand always has his back to Egwene but I feel like if Rand was consciously in the dreamworld he would probably have acknowledged her

Personally I don't think so. We haven't seen any indication that Rand has any control over his dreams and him dreaming of that lookout in the two rivers. I could see him dreaming of Selene/Lanfear though even if he knows who she is now but that seems irrelevant as Lanfear goes where she wants

Does Rand even know if any of it is real or does he just think it's a normal dream?
