good news is blender 4.5 LTS introduced the "manifold" solver for the boolean modifier.
a) use the 3D Print Toolbox add on to ensure your mesh is manifold
b) use the boolean modifier to join your manifold meshes with the "Manifold" solver
now you have a printer ready model with no interior faces!

also the detail fidelity is incredible. this is a bracer model of mine that zoë printed. not only is it solid as a rock but they didn’t need to bodyshop as insanely as they need to for PLA (though that’s not to say resin doesn’t have its own bodyshopping challenges zoë has had to work through)
