All of this is of course built with vibe coding.🙈

Yeah, I couldn't develop a new plugin for #XrmToolBox, so I had to settle making the UX of finding the right plugin nicer. Here's the story in my latest Perspectivs on #PowerPlatform newsletter issue: www.perspectives.plus/p/xrmtoolbox...
XrmToolBox Plugin Catalog is here!
When's the last time you explored the new and updated community tools for Power Platform and Dynamics 365? Here's a website to make that easier.

Keeping up with what's new & which plugins have received updates is now a breeze, with the Top Charts sorted by downloads, ratings, updates.

Because why couldn't the XrmToolBox plugins be presented like apps in your typical app store? This didn't require any new data, just presenting it a bit nicer than the official Power Pages site does.

Here's one example:

Isn't this the perfect example of risks when you trust AI to do a thing? Because what else is the auto router than just one specialized LLM?

I've ended up running ChatGPT continuously on extended thinking mode. No, it's not the optimal experience, yet it's a way to reduce compounding uncertainty.

2 years after their rolled Aptos out to Microsoft 365 apps, it's still not available in business apps like Dynamics 365.

Which, to be honest, is totally in line with how the silos at Microsoft work.

To make #Windows aware of its recycle bin, you need to manually go and "Pin to Start":

In Finnish you'd pretty much get shot in the face for using the phrase "I'm excited to..."

Please, we don't use the E word in our culture.

B2B, Boring 2 Boring. The perfect arena for Finns to leverage their unique skill set. We should be proud of our ability to thrive in an engineer-first environment that does not aim to please the mere mortals known as consumers. We are built different.

This is the Ignite session on #MSPlanner that shows all the high-priority items for the product team. Everything is of course about AI. And those that are about the platform (i.e. the single plan type) are about making it easier for AI to work with your Planner data.

The big push for Microsoft in all this is to get the Project Manager Agent to work with all Planner plans. Beacuse apparently the hight of project management capabilities in 2025 is an AI assitant that can automatically generate status fancy reports for managers to ignore.

Features getting retired are mostly those that were from the old M365 product, such as task comments, Loop page integration, iCalendar feed.

You can't easily downgrade the Dataverse-based P4W plans (projects), so I expect that all #MSPlanner plans will now be migrated into #Dataverse.
