I know lots of folks are talking about HR 899 to abolish the Dept. of Ed., but we should take HR 369 seriously since it offers a more realistic path to dismantling the agency over an 8-year period through (1) block grants and (2) transferring existing authorities www.congress.gov/bill/119th-c...
