Neat little UI design trick I picked up from the Apple Developer docs:
When you have a non-rounded element in a rounded container, getting the spacing between them right can be finicky. Blurring it gives you an idea of the visual weight and simplifies natural-looking alignment 👌

Spotify was already pushing it with the whole "no pay-out for any song with less than 1,000 streams per year"
No pay-out for any artist with less than 1,000 monthly listeners is remarkably abusive and exploitative toward small artists

A man in Indiana made an AT-AT costume for his horse, intending to only get a few pictures before removing it. Dunno how this information evaded me this long, but I learned from @chriseidhof.bsky.social the other day that you can interact with backgrounded apps without bringing them to foreground by CMD-clicking. My life will never be the same.

Lately, I’ve been playing a lot of idle/incremental games to help break my doomscrolling habit. So, I decided to take the opportunity to learn Swift and create my own! It’s still in its early stages and lacks depth and proper balancing, but I’m stoked about my progress so far. #iOSdev #swiftlang
