Dealing with rejection sensitivity dysphoria (rsd) has been a huge obstacle in my life. I don’t feel it as much as I use to but when I do it hits like a wave of depression sitting heavy in my chest and disrupting my thoughts. #audhd #rsd #actuallyautistic

We got another update on Jonathan Joss’ murder in San Antonio. The SAPD are walkkng back on their statatement that his murder was not a hate crime. I’m glad the attention to this case is forcing the police department to investigate this as what it was. A hate crime. www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/rcn...

I’ve thought about journaling my chronic pain a few times in a note book. I communicate my internal world better through writing but I’m afraid of describing it on paper. When I wrote my feelings about my old job they became realer, heavier. I need to pick up the pen for relief of expression
