Exactly. That's also what the right wing trolls don't seem to understand. We know Maduro is a criminal as was Chavez before him. He should face his day in court at the Hague, not in New York. What the regime has done may backfire, likely resulting in his return and then he'll never face justice.

Right, I have seen many of these maps and it baffles me that they conveniently try to leave Argentina out of it. It's as if the US backing Milei somehow excuses the political, social and economic atrocities the Junta did for a decade with full backing of the US. I will call them out regardless.

So were the United States, Paraguay, Brazil, Chile and Uruguay. However, somehow people seem drawn to Argentina exclusively due to a conspiracy theory that Hitler himself somehow escaped to the Patagonia. The most prominent killers have been found in the aforementioned countries, not just Argentina.

Argentina went through many regime changes. Most notably, the 1976 coup was heavily backed by the US. That one specifically is infamous for carrying the "Dirty War" which saw the disappearance of thousands of people. It also destroyed the economy, favoring US economicnand political interests.

That map is missing Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. This support extended into broader regional repression through Operation Condor, a U.S.-backed intelligence and counterinsurgency network involving Argentina, Chile, and other South American dictatorships.

Republicans and their allied traitors (e.g. Fetterman for my State) won't do anything. Our only option is to vote them out and never elect them again. We have to contact our local and State governments to ensure they don't use Liberty Vote machines and other GOP owned polling equipment.

General strikes and protests. If 50% of the population in the largest economic centers stop working for a week or a month, the economy would crash. Sadly most of us can't afford to not get paid.

Yeah yeah ... Legitimate government or not, it's not up to the US to kidnap country's leaders. The consequences aren't yet known just like in that day when Bush celebrated "Mission Accomplished" in Iraq on May 1st, 2003. This is just the beginning.

They know the fallout of this move will include terrorist attacks, especially on US oil interests. The regime thought they could distract us from the Epstein files and decrease oil prices with this move.

The last point is what the US should be really worried about. It's not only worrisome for US troops to be deployed in a country where guerrillas can hide out in the rainforest. Venezuela is also close enough for terrorrists to sink a couple of oil tankers or even hit refineries in Texas.
