I was banned from several varied online groups for pushing back against fat shaming.

I'm banned from donating blood because I fainted too many times.

One of my fave celebs blocked me on Twitter because I accidentally (digitally) befriended one of his stalkers for a few weeks.

I did not ever envision this happening to me and have always worked hard to take care of my family but now I'm in what feels like an impossible situation trying my best to take care of my kids and myself so I can stay around for them as long as possible. Im not enjoying coming online asking for help but I have no where else to turn. I'm doing

after my visit to the doctor today, it is clear that radiation therapy is what has been working. that is amazing news! there is hope. ❤️

i am $2730 away from getting back on track with radiation therapy.

if 140 people gave $20 each, i can get the treatment i need (asap).

I hate to say it but the majority of the country is not going to die on the hill of trans rights. We can’t protect ANY groups if we can’t win a national election, so purity tests only serve to make specific groups feel triumphant. That’s not “erasing” them; it’s long-horizon strategy.

Also the challenges are reasonable and not rigged for failure. Baked goods have enough time to cool before being frosted*.

*this always infuriated me on Chopped. They'd give them 30 minutes to make dessert, and then complain about always getting French toast and not ice cream or doughnuts.

Being disabled costs a lot more than not being disabled.

Disabled folk are more likely to be in poverty, and many aren't allowed to accrue any savings.

So they have to resort to expensive, often unregulated, credit to survive... Costing even more. It's a horrible reality.
