15-20 cm of snow is predicted here in NE MN Tuesday night. Wouldn’t be surprised if you get some, too.

Many years ago I lived in Cleveland, and the police would put a notice in the newspaper announcing the upcoming days and locations of speed traps on freeways. That way they caught mostly non-residents; didn’t want the local taxpayers pissed off! 😄
