I embrace my fear.
I greet it like an old friend

I look deeply to see the source.
Where the fear arose,

Further evidence that English is just three languages in a trench coat.
The English words 'no' and 'no' don't have the same origin.
'No', the opposite of 'yes', comes from West-Germanic *naiw ("never").
'No' as in 'no pain, no gain' arose as a variant of 'none' and stems from *nain ("not any").
They only share the n-, from *ne ("not").

Further evidence that English is just three languages in a trench coat.
Joining the #realhappiness challenge for what I think is the 5th time. This was one of the key programs for me to really get into a regular #mindfulness practice back in 2016.
