Just One Day at a Time
@just1dayatatime.bsky.social
Siberian Huskies lover. Just a survivor trying to take it one day at a time.
Listen and Silent are spelled with the same letters. Think about it.

Dear Santa, can you please bring me one of these notebooks? I really, really, really need one... or maybe two. Thank you!

I learned a new word today. And I do not like it.

It ridiculous that many don't see a car with "disco lights" flashing by the side of the row. Either that, or they simply choose to ignore the law.

I'll never complain about my job ever again. Wow! That was dangerous work, indeed!

Too sad that 24 years later, that sense of unity that brought of us together on that terrible morning and the days that followed seem completely lost and we're such a divided nation.

Thoughts and prayers without action are useless to dead children and their surviving loved ones. How many Sandy Hooks, Columbines, Oxfords and Annunciations do we need for someone in the government to do anything about it? And these children were literally thinking and praying!!! 😡

Not only they're useless to dead children, but also to their families who survived them. Or the children who are alive today but may not be tomorrow when the same happens at yet another school. How many more Sandy Hooks, Oxfords or Columbines do we need for someone to actually do something?
