I came up on them "from behind" so it wasn't too unsettling. I've also done a lot of work on that side of ND to know what I was looking at (there are displays on the Interstate "advertising" the route).
I have to say though, after seeing the advertising for years, I was underwhelmed. 😆

Last week I heard (and clipped the video of) Ted Cruz say, in a 3 hour hearing on CSPAN, that we shouldn't pick on pedophiles.

It's not hard to imagine, sadly.

He's really high energy and aggressive, so that makes sense.
I like his interviews in the same way I like the interviews of popular figures in 'Armchair Expert'. There's something they do to disarm famous people and I like how they create an environment that makes them more candid and open.

I've listened to him talk about her. And how people reached out to him after.
I know he's not everyone's cup of tea, but I think it comes from a place where they just don't understand him.
He is far too underappreciated, for his candor and his openness about his struggles with addiction.

One of my favorite things about Maron is how openly he talks about his love of cats and struggles with them.
