It's such a shame that the Moneyed Interests are apparently blind to the fact that destroying the financial security of the Unwashed Masses will eventually destroy *their* financial security too, when WE CAN'T AFFORD THE SHIT THEY'RE SELLING. Trickle-down economics = trickle-up insolvency.

A friend got me a Variety Pack from them (Burlap & Barrel) last year and all of it's great, but THAT BLACK LIME. Marinades, pasta salad, salad dressings, I put it in hummus, pico de gallo, artichoke risotto, evvvverything. If you like "tart yet earthy," it's so fab.

You know, I have never audiobooked! But I might give it a go, just for this. (Or I guess I could actually grab all the e-books, but ... the reading list. It is lonnnnng. And I keep rereading my fave Comfort Food books bc dark times. Can probably recite all Scalzi and Pratchett verbatim by now.)

The Left 1) showed up, 2) HUGELY, for a 3) *progressive* in 4) a race they knew they prolly couldn't win. It's a massive swing, a heartening show of resistance, AND a ton of motivating rage over R gerrymandering. Love it.
