The Central APA program is out and I'll be giving a talk on Saturday morning at 9am. I'm eager to reconnect with some friends I haven't seen in years and meet up with others I don't get to see often. Although Chicago in February isn't perfect, I'm sure it will be a fantastic time. #philsky

Samir was in town last week! It was great to catch up and hang out for a few hours. It fills my cup any time I get 1-1 real life FT with my closest philosophy friends. Samir and I have been friends for over 10 years now and I don’t get to see him often but when I do it’s always refreshing. #philsky

Today, Jordie graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology, and I couldn't be prouder. As a step-parent, maintaining a relationship years after things end with the other parent can be challenging. Fortunately, Jordan and I have remained close, and it’s been a joy watching him mature.

I am pleased to share that I have been hired as an Assistant Instructional Professor of Philosophy at Providence College, effective this fall. This teaching position involves a 4/4 load, and I will be eligible for annual research travel funds and future promotions to associate and full professor.
