More context. Scotiabank is heavily invested in the southern half of the Western Hemisphere. It's been that way for decades. They have an ENTIRE infrastructure focused on Mexico, Central & South America. Scotiabank is lagging the other Big Banks & a morally bankrupt CEO mind would see opportunity.
