You don't.

The bigger the studio, the more likely the truth has been distorted/sanitized.

If you want the truth, talk to devs. In private.

Yeah you can spawn, but when you pick up a weapon it doesn't appear in the player hands. Ow there is a different map? I have to check again because I only saw First Person map.

Really liking the new First Person template in UE5!
But just a heads-up, there’s a bug in Unreal 5.6.1 where the arena shooter doesn’t load the correct Blueprints by default. Check my image for the right settings for BP_FirstPersonGameMode. #gamedev #ue5

Quick tip for UE4/UE5:
Use Simulate Physics + Simulate Mode to place props more realistically and efficiently. Let them drop into place, then copy/paste them into your level.
Just don’t forget to turn off Simulate Physics and reset Collision Presets when you're happy with the result! #leveldesign

I was talking to another level designer and heard again that #leveldesign is seen as the underdog, like anyone can make levels. But here’s the thing: everything happens in a level! It’s where gameplay and art come together. If it’s not up to standard, neither will reach their full potential #gamedev
