As a DRP fed, I don’t see how this is possible in all agencies. My annual reviews were based on quantifiable metrics that were clearly spelled out for each score. I don’t know if all agencies work this way, but what you did is what you get for HUD CPD.
DOGE employees at Office of Personnel Management (OPM) issued new guidance urging federal agencies to give fewer employees “above average” or “outstanding” performance reviews, while simultaneously calling for faster disciplinary action and terminations.

Emails titled “What Did You Do Last Week? Part II” were sent to federal employees, instructing us to list five bullet points of our accomplishments and copy our managers. This time, we were informed that it will be a weekly requirement, due by 11:59 p.m. ET on Mondays.
