Something witty here later.
Also the idea that the GOT ending was such a disaster that nobody cares about it now when there are two new GOT series coming out this year is silly.(I have some problems with the last series but like much of it).

Yeah, but I found that final D and D session and the look down the stairs to the younger kids almost unbearably moving. And the older ones on the roof promising to keep meeting up, well we all know how that goes. In the social media age everything has to be amazing or a disaster.

Really liked it, more to it than The Glass Onion, which I still liked. Josh O'Connor terrific.

The first film is rather good mostly, I've always thought there's a decent two film adaptation in there if you could get rid of Legolas, Tauriel, and Alfrid.

I had a pleasant interaction with RS at the time of broadcast where he confirmed my guess that they'd shown the cast Nigel Kneale's Baby as a guide to the acting.

Looking round at my bookshelves. Stephen King's name will last a good few years I think, although none of his characters are a Sherlock Holmes or a Tarzan. But Peter Straub?

I mean, to be fair he probably was having sex romps with a leggy dancer. Just not that one.
