Posted this on FB and am currently being informed by approx. 112% of the population that they didn’t have gas heating growing up and their mum’s hamlet in the middle of the

In my experience the author is equally, if not more, worried about looking like an idiot. We’re generally quite socially awkward!

Y’know, alt text is quite useful for practicing description. I do need to cut a load from the start of my book, so maybe I should pretend it’s alt text!

Yeah it took me a while to twig that. Which is daft because I love a bit of seasonal decoration! It’s started raining here now though, glad it held off earlier.

It is nice! For years no one came. According to the doorcam we had three lots. Including this bunch of approx. a thousand. Bit of a shame we were out but I don’t suppose they cared!
