But here's my problem (and I mean, an actual problem): how does a book that feels like Emily Wilde met Mr. Parnassus in a candlelit séance only have 11 reviews? Eleven? That's practically a cosmic injustice. Somewhere, a familiar just hissed in protest. Anyway, I'm Christina Susanne the slightly unhinged (in a good way) book whisperer who runs a private circle of 2,000+ readers who live for stories exactly like yours: magical, witty, and a little bit dangerous to read before bed.
