Had a great experience rolling in Chewbacchus last night! The crowds were so fun and hyped to see us! I saw lots of library cards and apps on phones and multiple times people started chants "LIB-RAR-Y! LIB-RAR-Y!" 📚 #skybrarians #chewbacchus2025

Got my black eyed peas cooking on the stove for dinner tonight, had some cabbage salad at lunch. It’s already an awful start to the new year, so I’m taking comfort in tradition.

Yay! Just unpacked and assembled the new World Book encyclopedia! Love this day. My boss came over to help because he was excited to see the design. And it’s a great one! 📚 #skybrarians

It was all fine, of course, Becky definitely understood that she had won a Stonewall honor. And when we got back inside, one of the library people inside (I cannot remember who) shared this photo they had taken of us through the restaurant window

📚 LLX Day 2 has ended and I feel like I’ve been in conference mode for so much longer. Today I spoke with Baker & Taylor, CollectionHQ, and Overdrive representatives, went to a Scholastic event, put medals on award books (!!!), walked the exhibit hall floor, and saw Antonia Hylton speak
