Heading back over Cherohala was much more pleasant but had the same temp change at the border. It dropped significantly all of a sudden

Charged and decided to change my plans from going to Chattanooga to wandering downtown

Wandered downtown Telico Plains which was nice but super small. Wandered downtown Madisonville which was eh. Wandered downtown Sweetwater and really like it... and they had ice cream

Then, it was a beautiful day back at the bottom

It warmed up and became quite nice

I'm still convinced that the change was right at the NC/TN border

But, once the fog lifted...

I love the Cherohala Skyway, but it was cold and foggy first thing in the morning with lots of debris washed across the road from the rain Tuesday night

I don't even mind the app shuffle in general. Just match the app to the charger (usually)

But something like this should have it's own hardwired connection and do direct payment without the app

And, she was able to remove the Corrective Lenses restriction that got put there when I got my moto endorsement because I happened to be wearing my (not required for driving) glasses for my written test and didn't realize that was going to cause it to be added
