I don't understand why fellow believers listen to Christian nationalists that are such jerks to people. If they can't even display basic decency in personal relationships, why should we entrust them with political power? It will be a disaster for the Gospel - and our neighbors.

Both happy and sad to get a copy in the mail of this new book of essays by our friend and fellow book club member Mike Gerson, who died two years ago. All of us who knew him loved him and miss him. We was a hero and a model of compassionate, convictional Christlikeness.
