I'm not an expert and stand to be corrected, but I don't recognise any of the medal this gent's wearing on his left as genuine UK medals. Could they be foreign? Fake? Or a fake image altogether?

I've been boycotting Caffè Nero for the last 15, maybe 17 years. They had seats available, but had closed the area off. I wanted a seat. Refused to open it for me. I know it's only matter of time before they go under, crushed by my trade embargo.
