Republicans snuck a provision into the rule for the CR that would preemptively surrender congressional authority to block tariffs.

Reps. Massie, Norman & Self vote for Emmer, Jordan, Donalds, respectively. Add in the half-dozen-plus (and growing) GOP crew who haven’t voted and Johnson has a pretty sizable numbers problem.
