100% agree. Having to refer a patient to secondary care pain clinic for a scan results in inhumane delays for patients. GPs are consultants in community medicine.

Rachel ⬇️ is a fantastic account to follow, both for #MedSky and in general. She is a palliative care doc, writer, former journalist and fearless, fiesty and fun all at the same time. I admire her hugely and appreciate being able to disagree (on #AssistedDying) cordially. She is simply fab.
I’m not going to leave X just yet - I hate that sense of being driven away from a place I used to love. But after one day on here, I already know how much prefer it.
