I recently combed through 2019 critics' lists for a project, and from that data set, KH3 and TW: Three Kingdoms are the bigger outliers in this pic. Both on release and since, I've heard a lot of praise for Gears 5 (to the point that I kind of want to try it, even tho I really dislike Gears)

Does playing 100+ hours of Assassin's Creed Origins and thinking it was pretty mid the whole time, but then reaching the last DLC and suddenly finding one of my favourite game experiences of the last decade count? Tbf, I don't think mine is a valid counter-argument, I just had an actual example
