In fact, it's a conjunction of "you" and "all." You're only eliminating the "O" and the "U." You wouldn't put the apostrophe in the middle of a word anyway. It doesn't make sense from any point of view.

The game I play (Overwatch 2) is VERY LGBTQ+ friendly, and I still get bigots in game chat.
