UUIDv7 is sorted by timestamp and is very suitable for primary key. Using a random UUID as a primary key is really a terrible idea

Pretty cool preject, although It feels nightmarish for production systems since it skips the entire epbf verification and does not protect against arbitrary data

Yes that's the idea. You can try it on rust nightly if you like to. But I don't think this will be stabilized anytime soon
